The price of a secondary school meal is £11.75 per week (£2.35 per day).
This should be paid online via SchoolMoney (Click on link below to access)
We use Teachers2Parents to send text messages from the school to parents, staff & governors (i.e. closed due to snow, reminders for meetings etc).
In line with most schools, we have a school fund to provide financial support for activities and projects which are not met by the everyday school budget, but which are a very important part of our students’ experiences – both on site and in the wider community.
Examples of the kinds of expenditure these funds are used for include:
- extra costs to enhance the value of community visits
- purchase of drinks, fruit and other small items to support life skills and our Healthy Schools objectives
- costs of special activities eg discos, pantomimes, school show, leavers prom
Regular parental donations are an important source of these funds and we would be very grateful if you were able to make a commitment to supporting the fund.
We would suggest a donation of £10 per month or £40 per term but would gladly accept any donation large or small. Payments can be made via www.schoolmoney.co.uk, by cheque (payable to Walton Leigh School Fund) or by cash.
